International Student Support
The International Office provides advice, help and support to all international students during their time at National University of Ireland Maynooth. We can offer support with visa and immigration, dealing with culture shock, assist with opening a bank account, getting health insurance and any other issues international students may have.
If you would like to request an official letter from the International Office, please use the form at the bottom of this page.
The International Office also works closely with the Student Services team in the University to provide access for international students to the other student support services available on campus. More information about student services and facilities, such as the Disability Office, Academic Advisory service, and the Student Union, is available in the Life on Campus section.
The International Office: Student Support area on the University's online learning platform, Moodle, has been created to provide quick and easy access for all students to important information about the services and supports provided by the International Office.
The International Office also runs a Student Buddy Network which is a great way for new students to adjust to university life and learn about the campus and area quickly from a current experienced student. Click on the link on this page for more details.
Please use the links in this section to explore all the facilities, supports and activities available to you.
Please use this form to request an offical letter for bank accounts, visa and immigration, proof of student status, or any general letters required.
